Platform Usage

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and winmy10 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the winmy10 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the winmy10 website, mobile application, and all related digital services operated by winmy10.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User to access winmy10 services.
• "Withdrawable Balance" refers to funds in the account that have met all applicable wagering requirements and may be withdrawn by the player.
• "Bonus" covers all free credits, bonus funds, promotional offers and VIP benefits granted by winmy10 to Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that a User must wager before any bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a winmy10 account to the User's payment method.
• "KYC Verification" refers to the Know Your Customer process that requires Users to submit valid identification documents.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use winmy10 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a person who is currently under a self-exclusion or any active gambling limit programme.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for another party.
• Not be involved in any unlawful activity or attempting to launder money through this platform.

winmy10 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to prove eligibility may result in the account being suspended or terminated and the balance forfeited if a breach of terms is confirmed.

3. Account Management

Each User is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Owning or controlling multiple accounts — whether directly or through another person's name, email address, mobile number or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with anyone.
• Notifying winmy10 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of current address and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The winmy10 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. winmy10 does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to reject and return any transaction that does not comply with this requirement.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

winmy10 offers various bonus deals to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and usage rules stated in their respective offers. The specific terms for the welcome bonus are as follows:

• Welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 earns a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another example: A deposit of RM1,200 earns a bonus of RM888, bringing the balance to RM2,088. The wagering requirement is RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

The following actions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account termination:

• Using hedging betting strategies designed to artificially reduce risk.
• Transferring funds between accounts to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Collaborating with other players in tactics aimed at abusing the bonus system.
• Opening new accounts solely to reuse bonus offers.

winmy10 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to players.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the winmy10 platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and/or licensed live game providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical failure.

Players are prohibited from:

• Using any automation software, bots, scripts or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games — any winnings obtained through such means are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in cheating, collusion or game manipulation in any form.
• Disrupting the experience of other players, particularly in live casino games.

7. Responsible Gambling

winmy10 is committed to responsible gambling and provides self-control tools to all players. Players may contact our customer support team to set the following limits on their account:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss limits for a specified period.
• Session time limits and active time reminders.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.

If you choose to self-exclude, your request will be processed and your account will be restricted for the period you specify. Players who have self-excluded are not permitted to register a new account during that exclusion period.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

winmy10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• The user's registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• The user engages in behaviour that disrupts or abuses the platform or other players.
• A request is received from a competent authority.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

winmy10 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unprofitable betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors outside our control.
• Losses arising from the user's negligence in maintaining account security.
• Processing delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

winmy10's maximum liability to any user will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

winmy10 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances that require immediate changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which winmy10 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through the disciplinary procedures established by the relevant licensing body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder, and the other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
